Refund Terms
Products purchased from Octaser may be refunded only if canceled within 30 days of the date of the transaction.
Note: Due to their nature, cryptocurrencies, tokens and digital assets are generally irreversible and their exchange rates are highly volatile and transitory. We can not be responsible for any risk including but not limited to exchange rate risk and market risk. Any products or services purchased using cryptocurrencies, tokens or digital assets will be refunded same invoice amount in USDT or USDC token.
If a refund back to the original payment method is not possible, a refund to your Octaser balance can be offered as an alternative.
The client is responsible for covering any and all transaction fees associated with refund payments.
Date of the transaction, for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date any renewal is processed by Octaser in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement (Terms of Service). You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if cancellation is requested within the refund time frame specified for the applicable product, if available at all.
Note: Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Octaser service or subscription at any time, but a refund will only be issued if cancellation is requested within the refund time frame described above.
If a client wants to terminate their account, they can do so by writing us an email, or by opening a new ticket in the client area. Canceling the hosting account permanently removes all of your website files from Octaser’s servers. Before cancelling your account, please make sure to copy any files that you want to keep.
Once the service is cancelled, Octaser will no longer be able to reactivate it or restore your data.
